  1. Heat oil in pan on medium-flame. Cook the garlic in the hot oil, until it gets soft.
  2. Carefully place the chicken in pan. Until it gets tender, cook the chicken on both sides. It may take approx 10 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle Paprika and Brown Sugar on the chicken. Do not forget to drain extra oil from the pan beforehand.
  4. Add taste to your chicken by pouring some red wine around it. Cover and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
  5. While cooking, baste the chicken with wine sauce. Make sure to grease the chicken lightly and cautiously.
  6. Season the chicken to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Meticulously place the chicken in plate and top it with leftover sauce from pan.
  8. Ta-Da! Your Poulet Grille is ready. Serve Hot!
