  1. Chop cauliflower, carrots & French beans evenly.
  2. Boil water in a pan & put the chopped vegetables in it. Blanch(boil) for 5 minutes.
  3. Now drain the hot water from the blanched veggies & pour cold water over it.
  4. Heat butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add minced garlic & flour to it & stir well.
  5. Add milk while stirring with wire whisk until well blended. Cook for 6 minutes on medium heat or until thickened.
  6. Now it’s time to add flavors to your Vegetable Au Gratin. Add salt, pepper & nutmeg powder to the paste & mix well.
  7. Put the blanched vegetables in a serving bowl & pour the prepared sauce over it. Mix them well.
  8. Grate Yellow Cheese on the vegetables & sauce.
  9. Place the serving bowl in the micro-wave. Bake until the grated cheese turns golden brown.
  10. Ta-Da! Your Vegetables Au Gratin is ready. Serve Hot!
