- 400 Gram(s) Cauliflower
- 150 Gram(s) Carrot
- 150 Gram(s) French Beans
- 10 Gram(s) Garlic minced
- 50 Gram(s) Butter
- 50 Gram(s) Refined Flour
- 800 ML Low Fat Milk
- 20 Gram(s) Salt
- 20 Gram(s) White Pepper
- 05 Gram(s) Nutmeg Powder
- 100 Gram(s) Yellow Cheese

Instructions
- Chop cauliflower, carrots & French beans evenly.
- Boil water in a pan & put the chopped vegetables in it. Blanch(boil) for 5 minutes.
- Now drain the hot water from the blanched veggies & pour cold water over it.
- Heat butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add minced garlic & flour to it & stir well.
- Add milk while stirring with wire whisk until well blended. Cook for 6 minutes on medium heat or until thickened.
- Now it’s time to add flavors to your Vegetable Au Gratin. Add salt, pepper & nutmeg powder to the paste & mix well.
- Put the blanched vegetables in a serving bowl & pour the prepared sauce over it. Mix them well.
- Grate Yellow Cheese on the vegetables & sauce.
- Place the serving bowl in the micro-wave. Bake until the grated cheese turns golden brown.
- Ta-Da! Your Vegetables Au Gratin is ready. Serve Hot!
