- 1 Cup Whipping Cream Chilled
- 1 Cup Fresh Mango Puree
- 1 Pcs Mango Chopped Into Small Pieces For Garnishing

- To a mixing bowl add 1 cup whipping cream. Make sure the whipping cream is chilled at this point.
- Whip using a hand beater till soft peaks form in the whipping cream as shown in the video. This would take around 4 to 5 minutes. Soft peaks indicate that the cream is ready.
- Add fresh mango puree to the whipping cream after the soft peaks start forming.
- For fresh mango puree, grind a roughly chopped mango in a grinder.
- Mix again using a hand beater till the mango puree merges into the whipping cream. At this point the mango mousse is almost ready.
- Using a spoon, dish out into your choice of serving bowls.
- Level the mousse a little, in the serving bowl using the spoon.
- Garnish the mango mousse bowl using the mango chopped into small pieces & refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving. This gives a little firmness to the mousse.
- Our Instant Mango Mousse is ready to be served after refrigeration.
