Step By Step Instructions To Make Chicken Hakka Noodles
Chicken Hakka Noodles is prepared by tossing noodles in fried shredded vegetables, chicken & Chinese sauces. Follow the steps to prepare non veg Hakka Noodles at home:

Instructions
  1. Boil water in a pan. Add a pinch of salt & 2 drops of vinegar to it.
  2. Add noodles to the water & boil till it becomes tender.
  3. Cut julienne of chicken, carrot, cabbage, beans & capsicum.
  4. Chop garlic & green chilies.
  5. Now beat the egg, make omelet & cut julienne.
  6. Heat oil in a wok.
  7. Add chopped garlic & chicken. Saute for 2 minutes.
  8. Now add stock & wait till chicken gets cooked & water evaporates. Add vegetables & sauté.
  9. Add boiled noodles, soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce & salt. Mix well & sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  10. The flavorful Chicken Hakka Noodles are ready. Pour in a serving bowl. Sprinkle egg julienne on the top & serve hot.
