Instructions
  1. Sieve the flour & add salt & baking powder to it.

  2. Now add sugar, milk, egg & water to the flour and mix well.

  3. Add water to the flour and knead it well into medium soft dough.

  4. Apply a little oil on top of dough & cover it with a wet kitchen towel.
  5. Make equal size balls and apply oil.

  6. Press sides first and then center of the dough ball.
  7. Roll it into a round shape. Stuff cheese & potatoes & again make a ball.

  9. Stretch it from one side to give a triangular shape.
  10. Cook in clay oven.
  11. Remove it when it will become golden brown & apply butter.
