How to Make Piquant Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry
The classic chicken and broccoli stir fry recipe is a blend of fresh broccoli & mushroom being sauteed to tender perfection with a good deal of ginger, garlic & chicken pieces.

Instructions
  1. Take a bowl & mix all the ingredients given under Sauce Caption except the chicken stock
  2. Add Chicken Cubes to the sauce mixture & let it rest for 10 minutes
  3. Heat Edible Oil in a large pan & add chicken cubes to it, reserving the sauce mixture.
  4. Saute the chicken cubes until cooked through & browned. Remove the cooked chicken cubes from the pan & keep it aside in a plate.
  5. Pour 1 tablespoon Edible oil in the same pan & add mushroom to it.
  6. When the mushrooms began to soften, add broccoli florets & stir-fry until the broccoli becomes tender.
  7. Remove stir-fry mushrooms & broccoli from the pan & set aside.
  8. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan & saute ginger & garlic until fragrant.
  9. Now add remaining sauce mixture & chicken stock to it. Gently stir the mixture until smooth
  10. Add cooked veggies & chicken stock to the pan, stir until heated through.
  11. Serve hot with rice or noddles.
