  1. Heat ghee in a pan & add whole Garam Masala & Jeera to it. Bring it to crackle.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, onion & green chili to it & cook till onion become brown.
  3. Add spinach paste to pan & cook well.
  4. Add mutton, salt, red chili powder, crush black pepper & yogurt. Cook till mutton is well cooked.
  5. Sprinkle kasoori methi powder and mix well.
  6. Pour in a serving bowl, garnish with cream.
  7. Serve hot with plain rice, naan or Paranthas.
