  1. Blanch spinach leaves by soaking in boiling water for 1 minute. Make sure all leaves are soaked properly in water.
  2. After boiling for 1 minute put spinach in ice cold water, this will stop cooking process and it will keep its color and nutrients intact. 3. Keep spinach in iced water for 2 minutes.
  3. Take out spinach from iced water. This process is called blanching.
  4. Put blanched spinach in grinder, add garlic cloves and grind it to make fine puree.
  5. Heat 1 Tbsp. butter in a pan. Add the spinach puree to the pan when the butter melts.
  6. Cook spinach for 2 minutes on two minutes. After cooking for 2 minutes add 2 cups of water.
  7. Mix well and boil for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Now add half a cup of milk, salt and crushed black pepper. Mix well and boil for 5 more minutes.
  9. Turn the heat off and pour soup in soup bowl.
  10. Garnish With Fresh Cream & Crushed Black Pepper
  11. 11. Instant and healthy soup is ready to serve.
