Soups are an integral part of our diet, especially in winters. Their recipes may vary from one place to another but one thing that they bring with them is taste and nutrition. In the series of on the same, this recipe is an instant & easy spinach soup recipe.
Soups have been there like your marriage vows, as they say in sickness and in health. There is nothing that can beat the stress of a long day other than a hot bowl of soup. Spinach is also known as palak and has many nutrients to offer. Spinach is loaded with Vitamins A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K1 & Folic Acid. It is also a rich source of iron and calcium. It is also high in Fiber and help prevent constipation. This is a healthy soup recipe & can be added to your keto diet and any of your weight loss diet programs. This recipe requires the minimum efforts and bare minimum ingredients.
To keep it healthy we will blanch the spinach to keep the color and nutrition intact. So let us begin.

- 250 Grams Spinach Leaves properly Washed
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 4-6 Pcs Garlic Cloves
- 1/4 Tspn Crushed Black Pepper
- 1/4 Tspn Regular Salt (नमक)
- 2 Cup(s) Water
- 1/2 Cup(s) Milk

- Blanch spinach leaves by soaking in boiling water for 1 minute. Make sure all leaves are soaked properly in water.
- After boiling for 1 minute put spinach in ice cold water, this will stop cooking process and it will keep its color and nutrients intact. 3. Keep spinach in iced water for 2 minutes.
- Take out spinach from iced water. This process is called blanching.
- Put blanched spinach in grinder, add garlic cloves and grind it to make fine puree.
- Heat 1 Tbsp. butter in a pan. Add the spinach puree to the pan when the butter melts.
- Cook spinach for 2 minutes on two minutes. After cooking for 2 minutes add 2 cups of water.
- Mix well and boil for 5-7 minutes.
- Now add half a cup of milk, salt and crushed black pepper. Mix well and boil for 5 more minutes.
- Turn the heat off and pour soup in soup bowl.
- Garnish With Fresh Cream & Crushed Black Pepper
- 11. Instant and healthy soup is ready to serve.
