  1. Heat oil in a pan & add ginger garlic paste.
  2. Add cottage cheese cubes (paneer cubes).
  3. Add Black Pepper Powder, Salt, Cumin Powder, Dry Fenugreek Leaves & Garam Masala Powder.
  4. Mix it well and saute for 1 minute. Keep stirring in between.
  5. After about 1 minute add fresh cream and curd. Give the contents a good mix.
  6. Cover the pan and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
  7. After 2 minutes our malai paneer is ready. Garnish with Slit Green Chili.Serve hot with roti, naan or parontha.
