- 200 Grams Paneer / Cottage Cheese Cubes
- 1/2 Cup(s) Dahi / Curd
- 1/2 Cup(s) Malai / Fresh Cream
- 1 Tspn(s) Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Tspn(s) Jeera Powder (Cumin Powder)
- 1/2 Tspn(s) Garam Masala
- 2 Tspn(s) Kasuri Methi / Dry Fenugreek Leaves
- 2 Tbsp(s) Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Tspn(s) Salt As Per Taste
- 1 Tbsp(s) Oil
Ingredients

- Heat oil in a pan & add ginger garlic paste.
- Add cottage cheese cubes (paneer cubes).
- Add Black Pepper Powder, Salt, Cumin Powder, Dry Fenugreek Leaves & Garam Masala Powder.
- Mix it well and saute for 1 minute. Keep stirring in between.
- After about 1 minute add fresh cream and curd. Give the contents a good mix.
- Cover the pan and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes our malai paneer is ready. Garnish with Slit Green Chili.Serve hot with roti, naan or parontha.
