  1. Wash the chicken properly & cut it into small pieces. Keep it aside.
  2. Chop lemon grass, ginger, garlic & green chili.
  3. Heat oil in a wok. Add chopped ginger, garlic & green chili to the oil. Sauté till the garlic turns brown.
  4. Now add chicken & chicken stock to the wok. Cook till chicken gets cooked & water gets evaporated.
  5. Add Thai Green Curry paste & Maggie cube to the cooked chicken & mix well.
  6. Add coconut milk, salt & white pepper & mix them well in the chicken. Cook till the curry gets thick.
  7. Sprinkle chopped basil on the cooked chicken & serve hot.
