Marination
  1. Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl & mix well.
  2. Keep the mixture aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Make walnut-sized kebabs from the mixture & set it aside in a plate.
For Shallow Fry
  1. Pre-heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan for few minutes.
  2. Place the kebabs carefully in the oil & shallow fry on medium flame.
  3. Turn the kebabs occasionally for uniform cooking & color.
  4. When cooked, transfer the chicken kebabs to a plate lined with paper towel to drain excess oil.
  5. Serve hot Chicken Onion kebabs with green chutney or salad.
For Grill
  1. Pre-heat the grill for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Brush each chicken kebab with edible oil & thread the chicken kebabs onto skewers. Place them on grill rack.
  3. Continue cooking kebabs on each side until crisp & golden brown.
  4. Team up the scrumptious chicken kebabs with green chutney & salad for enhanced flavors.
