- 2 Cup(s) Boiled Rice
- 1 Cup(s) Finely Chopped Onions
- 4 Cloves Finely Chopped Garlic
- 1 Pc(s) Finely Chopped Green Chili
- 1 Cup(s) Boiled Corn
- 1 Cup(s) Cottage Cheese / Paneer Small Cubes
- 1 Tspn(s) Salt
- 1/2 Tspn(s) Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirch
- 1/2 Tspn(s) Pav Bhaji Masala
- 1 Tspn(s) Dry Mint Leaves
- 1 Tspn(s) Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 2 Tspn(s) Butter
- 1 Tspn(s) Cumin Seeds / Jeera
Ingredients

- Keep Your Ingredients Ready.
- Make sure your spices are ready too.
- Heat butter in a pan.
- Add Cumin seed to butter and let the cumin seeds crackle.
- Add chopped garlic and chopped green chili in butter and saute for a good garlic aroma.
- Then add onions and saute for about 2 minutes on low flame till they become soft.
- Once the onions are done, add all the spices except dry mint leaves.
- Mix spices well and add some water to prevent spices from burning & to ensure that spices are cooked well.
- Now add Corn and mix well.
- Then add Cottage Cheese / Paneer Cubes. Give it a good mix and cover the pan & cook on low flame for about two minutes.
- After this add Boiled Rice, give it a good mix. You can also use leftover rice.
- Sprinkle some dry mint leaves powder on rice and cover the lid again for about 2 minutes and let it cook on low flame.
- Remove the lid. Our Corn Paneer Masala Rice is ready to serve. Serve hot with Raita, Pickle and Papad.
