  1. Take a pan and heat half of the butter over medium flame.
  2. Once the butter melts, add chopped garlic in it. Cook until it turns golden brown in color.
  3. Turn the flame off and add the remaining butter to it.
  4. Sprinkle fresh pepper, salt and pour red wine over the prawns. Place the grounded prawns in melted butter.
  5. Cook the prawns on each side until it turns golden brown.
  6. Meanwhile, you can prepare the mixture of garlic, bread crumbs and a little lemon juice in a bowl.
  7. Once the prawns are cooked on both sides, arrange them in a serving plate. Garnish them with the above mixture and parsley.
  8. Serve hot!
