- 8 Prawns
- 10 Gram(s) garlic Chopped
- 5 Gram(s) Crushed Black Pepper
- 5 Gram(s) Parsley
- 5 Gram(s) Salt
- 50 Gram(s) Lemon Butter Sauce/ Garlic Butter
- 10 Gram(s) Bread Crumbs
- 15 ML Red Wine
- 5 ML Lemon Juice

- Take a pan and heat half of the butter over medium flame.
- Once the butter melts, add chopped garlic in it. Cook until it turns golden brown in color.
- Turn the flame off and add the remaining butter to it.
- Sprinkle fresh pepper, salt and pour red wine over the prawns. Place the grounded prawns in melted butter.
- Cook the prawns on each side until it turns golden brown.
- Meanwhile, you can prepare the mixture of garlic, bread crumbs and a little lemon juice in a bowl.
- Once the prawns are cooked on both sides, arrange them in a serving plate. Garnish them with the above mixture and parsley.
- Serve hot!
