  1. Slice the onions and cut the chicken into stripes.
  2. Take a pan and heat butter in it. Add the chopped garlic & sliced onions. Cook till it turns light brown.
  3. Now add chicken stripes and cook until it turns golden brown in color. Sprinkle salt and white pepper over it.
  4. Once the chicken stripes turn golden brown, pour the soy sauce over it. Stir until smooth and add sliced mushrooms and Garkins to it.
  5. In a serving plate, serve it on the bed of rice. Garnish it with chopped parsley. The healthy and tasty Chicken Stroganoff is ready!
