Healthy Keto Tomato Soup Recipe
This tomato soup is a no sugar & no corn flour soup recipe and yet tastes amazing. Follow this Step-By-Step guide to make this soup at your home.

  1. To a pressure cooker add 1 Tbsp. Salted Butter.
  2. When the butter melts, add 6 Pcs Garlic Cloves & 2 Pcs Finely Chopped Onions. Saute garlic and onions for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame. Saute till the onions turn light pink in color.
  3. When the Onions turn light pink in color add 5 Pcs Roughly Chopped Tomatoes & 2 Tsp. Salt.
  4. Mix well and cook on medium flame for approximately 10 minutes. Keep stirring in between.
  5. Tomatoes go soft and mushy after 10 minutes of cooking. Add three cups of water at this point.
  6. Cover and pressure cook on high flame for 3 whistles.
  7. Tomatoes are completely cooked after 3 whistles. Turn the heat off after 3 whistles.
  8. Blend for approximately 1 minute or till you get a smooth puree.
  9. Strain the soup after blending to filter the pulp that remains after blending. This would give a soup with smooth consistency. The resulting soup is thick and creamy. The sweetness of the onions is balanced by the sourness of the tomatoes.
  10. After straining add 1 Tsp. Black Pepper powder and mix well.
  11. Boil again for 1 to 2 minutes on high flame.
  12. Dish out and serve. You can garnish with fresh cream.
  13. Serve with Garlic Bread, Soup Sticks or Bread Croutons. For keto eat without the bread.
