Instructions
In a pressure cooker, heat 1 Tbsp. Butter.
Add 4 to 5 Garlic Cloves when the butter melts & saute for 10 to 15 seconds.
After sautéing the garlic, add 1 Roughly Chopped Onion & saute for 30 to 40 seconds.
After sautéing the onions add 200 Grams Roughly Chopped Cabbage, 2 Tsp. Regular Salt (To Taste), & 1/4th Inch Finely Grated Garlic.
Mix well and cook the cabbage for 3 to 4 minutes and till the cabbage becomes translucent.
After cooking for about 4 minutes add 2 Cups of Drinkable Water. Cover and pressure cook for 3 pressure whistles on high flame.
Turn the heat off after 3 whistles. Open the cooker after the pressure is released.
Using a hand blender, blend the boiled cabbage in the cooker.
After blending, place a strainer over a bowl & pour the hot soup on the strainer. Strain well using a spoon.
Strain the remaining pulp to strain maximum soup.
After straining, season the soup with ½ Tsp. Oregano Mix & ½ Tsp. Black Pepper Powder & mix well.
Dish Out in a bowl and serve with your choice of soup sticks or garlic bread. Enjoy without the breads if you are on a Keto Diet.
