- 250 Gram(s) Tomato
- 50 Gram(s) Kidney Beans
- 30 Gram(s) French Beans
- 20 Gram(s) Zucchini
- 30 Gram(s) Carrots
- 30 Gram(s) Cabbage
- 10 Gram(s) Chopped Garlic
- 10 Gram(s) Macaroni
- 40 Gram(s) Parmesan cheese
- 5 Gram(s) Oregano
- 40 Gram(s) Salt
- 5 Gram(s) Sugar
- 20 Gram(s) Butter
- 1000 ML Water
- 50 ML Fresh Lemon Juice

Instructions
- Chop French beans, Zucchini, Carrots, Cabbage, tomatoes & garlic. Keep it aside.
- Boil water in a pan & put macaroni in it. Blanch macaroni till it is tender.
- Drain the hot water from the blanched macaroni. Keep it aside.
- Take a heavy bottom pan & heat butter in it.
- Add chopped garlic & tomatoes and sauté for 10 minutes.
- Now add water & salt and bring the soup to boil.
- Strain (pour through a strainer) the boiled soup into a large pan & heat it on a medium flame.
- Add chopped vegetables, kidney beans, blanched macaroni, oregano & lemon juice to it.
- Boil the soup for 3-5 minutes.
- Pour the soup in a soup bowl & garnish with Parmesan cheese. Serve hot!
